Departures Barr Dufrane Fridsma Baron Horne Gertsmann Ulman to exit Livestrong Doug Ulman is stepping down as CEO of the $38M-revenue Livestrong Foundation, the Austin,Texas-based cancer charity started by former star cyclist Lance Armstrong. Ulman has led the foundation for 14 years. He told the Associated Press he is leaving the organization in January to become CEO of Pelotonia, a Columbus, Ohio-based charity bike ride that raises money for cancer research.
